2016 Community Survey
In September 2016, surveys were distributed to every property owner and every merchant in the Castro/Upper Market CBD boundaries and to residents and visitors through the CBD’s e-newsletter, and social media. For purposes of analysis the two distinct groups and were kept separate.
· Property owner and Merchant/Commercial Tenant Group
· Resident and Visitor Group (generally those not in the footprint and not being assessed)
