Board & Committee Meetings (Brown Act Notice)
The Castro CBD Board of Directors meets bi-monthly, six (6) times per year, in even-numbered months. All Board and Committee meetings are open to the public and are held in person.
Public comment is available via Zoom; access information is provided on each meeting agenda.
Meeting minutes will be posted following approval at the subsequent Board meeting.
Requests for Agenda Placement
Pursuant to applicable open meeting laws, members of the public may request that an item be considered for placement on a future CBD meeting agenda by either:
• Submitting a request during the public comment period of a duly noticed meeting; or
• Submitting a written request via email to info@castrocbdd.org.
Requests for items to be placed on a Castro CBD agenda must be received 2 weeks before the meeting date. Meeting agendas are prepared by the Board President or the applicable Committee Chair. While all requests will be reviewed, the Board or Committee retains sole authority and discretion to determine whether a matter is placed on an agenda and to set the final content of all agendas.
Committee Minutes
Committee minutes are prepared following each meeting and are posted after approval at the subsequent committee meeting.
