The Castro CBD Board of Directors meets bi-monthly (6 times a year on even months). All board meetings and committee meetings are open to the public. Minutes will be posted after approval.
In response to the COVID-19 public health crisis Governor Newsom has issued an executive order to relax the California Brown Act. This order allows local agencies to hold meetings via tele/video conferencing and allows the public to observe and address meetings telephonically or otherwise.
Therefore, the Castro CBD will be holding its meetings via zoom. You can learn more about using Zoom here.
To access a meeting click on the agenda below and then click on the zoom link at the top of the agenda. This link will take you into zoom, then click on “open zoom” in a pop-up box at the top of your screen, click “join with video”. You should then be able to get in. You can also download zoom to your mobile device, but you do not have to do this to access the meeting. Once you are in zoom and in the meeting you can click on the microphone icon and/or the video icon at the bottom left of your screen to mute/unmute, turn video on/off.
Public comment can be provided at the appropriate time by stating your desire in the chat function of the zoom program. You will be called to speak in order from the chat function.
